We went camping at Stone Mtn. the last 3 days of spring break in April. There was a 30% chance of rain so we thought we were good. Not so, it drizzled on and off for 2 days and it was no warmer than 45degrees! We managed to hike for a couple of hours before it rained and saw an amazing waterfall. When we got to the bottom of the falls, it started raining so we had to hike quite a while in the rain. Everyone had something to...sort of keep them dry but by the time we got to the van we were all close to being soaked.

So we warmed up/dried off as we drove on the Blue Ridge Parkway. I love all the green here in NC!

We had rainy weekend again and decided it was time to take the boys rollerskating. They all tried to give up after 5 minutes but we managed to get them to skate for 2hrs. I'd say they did really good considering it was new to them. I don't have any still pictures of them on skates, only video of them skating but I can't seem to get it to publish. Oh well, I guess you would have had to be there. It was a day full of spills, giggles, and sore wrists. They have asked to go back so it must not have been so bad to them.
